Sarah Palin withdrawal reason #4 - Your Obvious Ineptitude On National Issues.
Even my 15 year old daughter knew what it meant when news came out last week about Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Even my redneck pothead fishing buddy that will vote McCain if he advocated the death penalty for pot heads(bless him is all I can say) knows about Freddie and Fanny.
The fact that you didn't have even the smallest amount of comprehension of what was really going on when the news broke that we we're going to bail them out last week shows me that your even less competent than George Bush. Her attempt to bolster our image of her command of international politics and the byzantine mentality of friendly and not -so-friendly nations is passed off on a docile public with "Of course I know foreign policy the Russians have been my next door neighbors for my entire life" (sic). This is not some game you still get trophies for even if you lose. This is about the livelihood of every single American in this nation and the fact that McCain's age and health could well make you President sometime in the next 4 years makes you an unacceptable choice. I've said it a dozen times already and I'll say it one more. John there are so many other Republicans that you could have chosen as your running mate that would have at least been competent, as opposed to this obvious pandering to women and evangelicals. This is the road to ruin, you will not overturn Roe vs Wade and you will not force your religion into public schools without destroying the very document that created this great nation and I will not sit back quietly and watch. Stop by and visit the American Power blog see and how they are falling all over Sarah Palin because she "motivates the base" that's my whole point here, is that she doesn't "do" anything, other than get the real nutters out and then the average Republicans get excited because the base is "motivated". Sheep I tell ya... Sheep is what they are, kinda reminds you of "Babe" hard at work herding them sheep... So maybe "Lipstick on a pig" isn't so far from the truth, but not derogatorily, literally. Regardless of how you take it it can't compare to some of McCain's issues... "cunt" comes to mind.
